Agency software often is technically mature. However, they still hold back a lot of potential when it comes to efficiency and usability, and consequently also user acceptance – one of the main factors influencing both accuracy and success of these tools.
Taking my design studios’ pains and gains as basis of first exploration, I looked into the topic and started to conceptualize a tool which tries to solve agencys’ everyday problems. Within this process I focused on providing the whole thing with an easy and intuitive operability while simultaneously optimizing the workflow as a whole.
After extensively analyzing not only all functions of the tools but also the actual user behavior of various team members and the actual requirements, I created a flow chart reflecting the overall structure of the application. Based on this structure, wireframes, user flows and the UI designs evolved.
As the project is still in in the phase of being put into practice, I will not go into depth about individual features and solutions. Nice imagery, your imagination and my offer for a personal discussion to further illuminate the topic will therefore have to do at this point of time.
